Model United Nations (MUN) is like playing "global politics dress-up," where students don their best diplomat personas to argue, negotiate, and occasionally beg for world peace—all without the actual power to declare recess for snack time. It's where debates get heated, resolutions get drafted (and redrafted), and delegates learn that solving world issues is slightly more complicated than winning a game of Monopoly.

Axon MUN is a simulation of the United Nations, designed to immerse participants in the intricate workings of international diplomacy. In this environment, participants assume the roles of delegates representing various nations. They engage in rigorous debate, negotiate complex policies, and collaborate to resolve pressing global issues. Each delegate must adeptly advocate for their assigned country’s stance.This simulation not only enhances participants' understanding of international relations but also hones their critical thinking, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

The 2 day-event will see two dynamic committees with pressing agendas as follows:

1) UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council)

Addressing human rights violations and ensuring humanitarian access in Conflict Ridden Zones.

2) UNCSW ( United Nations Committee for Status for Women) Evaluating and advocating for easy access to Womes's Health Care  services globally.

No. of delegates per committee: 30 ( will be decided on first come, first serve basis)
